No, an ID is not required. You do need valid email address, your name and call sign to submit tickets on this site. You may also submit tickets via email to [email protected].
You do not need a user ID to use this system effectively. You will always be able to view your tickets if you know the email address and ticket number. We send you an email each time there is an update to your ticket.
You may create a user ID if you would like to easily view all of your ticket history. Use the same email used when creating tickets.
