We provide technical support on our community website https://community.allstarlink.org or via email community (at) allstarlink.org. Additionally, your node vendor may provide support. If you are brand new to AllStar you should read the AllStarLink Manual.
Our limited staff at this website is primarily for help with your AllStarLink account and settings that would not be appropriate to discuss in a public forum. Also for certain account changes you can't do yourself such as move nodes to another owner.
