Do I need to open a ticket to change my callsign?

No, you do that yourself. Logon to https://www.allstarlink.org. Click your callsign. The first selection is to change your call. Just put you new call in the simple from and press submit. That will send us an email and we will validate your new call and reply to let you know it's complete.
